Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition in which they were received—unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges
Want something else instead? The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card provider may need a bit of time to post the refund.
